Red Clay bricks are burned in a kiln which makes them durable. Modern, fired, clay bricks are formed in one of the three processes – soft mud, dry press and extruded. Normally, bricks contain the following ingredients: Silica (Sand) – 50% to 60% by weight. Clay bricks made of fired clay. The composition of clay varies over a wide range. Usually, clays are composed mainly of Silica (grains of sand), Alumina, Lime, Iron, Manganese, Sulphur, and Phosphates, in different proportions. Bricks are manufactured by grinding or crushing the clay in mills and mixing it with water to make it plastic. The plastic clay is then moulded, textured, dried, and finally fired.
Our manufacturing units are well equipped with modern technology, skilled labors with high production capacity having best in class logistics to ensure best quality services for customer satisfaction. The Clay Table Mould and Wirecut bricks are manufactured with standard size and are burnt using coal in running chambers in the name of -“BBI”
The Table moulded bricks are manufactured using clay soil. A five sided mould is used to set the brick into the desired shape. The use of lesser moisture during moulding leads to improved shape and strength for the brick. The wet brick is released by turning the mould upside down on a level platform. These bricks are then dried in shade and burnt in a brick klin. Strength of these table mould chamber bricks is very high. We recommend using Table moulded chamber bricks to build the walls. These bricks provide great insulation and helps to keep a steady interior temperature.
