Fly Ash bricks are eco-friendly, high strength bricks and are light in weight compared to clay bricks, so suitable for multi-story buildings and less stress on the building, safety assured. Low absorption of heat than normal bricks, it keeps the building cool even in summer.

Fly Ash bricks are in Uniform shape hence no plastering is required if used for compound walls or godowns. Less mortar consumption because all bricks are machine made and even in shape. High compressive strength compared to normal bricks – No wastages during transportation and less porous, absorbs very little water, whereas burnt clay bricks absorb more water during constructions.

We are manufacturing these Fly Ash Bricks in 9″ x 4″ x 3″ having the well-equipped manufacturing unit in AP Kadapa and supplying across the south region.

Fly Ash Bricks are produced completely by automatic line machineries to make high quality, High strength bricks and are made of Fly Ash generated from Thermal Power Plant are uniform and consistent with sharp finish as they are made by an automated and controlled manufacturing process. Less than 1/3rd of water absorbed with better heat and sound resistance due to pre-curing, higher density and voids free molding. Reduction of cement mortar requirement by more than 50% with better surface finish.

Fly Ash Bricks will be of the same as Clay as per IS 3495 9″ x 4″ x 3″, faster construction, lesser mortar consumption suitable for walls as the bricks are earthquake and water resistant, decorative like stones masonry and Ash content as high as 60%.
