Exposed Solid clay bricks, also known as exposed wirecut bricks, f a c i n g b r i c ks a n d a r e ma n u f a c t u r e d u s i n g m o d e rn m e t h o d .Relatively low moisture clay is extruded through a dye to form a column. These are completely exposed extruded and solid by nature having very high compressive strength. No plastering is required and are used for beautifification. We are manufacturing clay exposed extruded bricks for Flemish Bonding and RAT Trap Bonding in different sizes. We can also take any customized extruded bricks subjected to minimum order quantity.
The Table moulded bricks are manufactured using clay soil. A five sided mould is used to set the brick into the desired shape. The use of lesser moisture during moulding leads to improved shape and strength for the brick. The wet brick is released by turning the mould upside down on a level platform. These bricks are then dried in shade and burnt in a brick klin. Strength of these table mould chamber bricks is very high. We recommend using Table moulded chamber bricks to build the walls. These bricks provide great insulation and helps to keep a steady interior temperature.
